The DVT30-1MM GigaProbes® contains two 30Ghz balanced odd mode 100 ohm differential Time-Domain Reflectometry (TDR) probes featuring Gold Plated Conductive Diamond probe tips. Accessories are included to convert the probes to 50 ohm single-ended. DVT30-1MM comes with a set of ergonometric grips for comfortable hand probing and accessories are included to attach the probes to the Probe Articulating Arms and Probe Stations. This 30GHz TDR probe measures ODD/EVEN impedance profiles and can be used with the LeCroy, Tektronix, Agilent, PSPL 4022, Hyper Labs or any legacy TDR oscilloscopes. With a typical differential launch discontinuity of 20mv and a fall-time of less than 30ps, these probes mask only 20 mils of the device under test. This small discontinuity mask becomes significant when characterizing IC packages where net lengths are very short. The Signal-to-Signal pitch can be set to 0.4 to 2.0 mm using the special SMA Pitch Setting Wrench or customized using other tools supplied in the DVT30-1MM GigaProbes® accessory kit


TDR and Test Equipment Compatibility
Gigaprobes™ are compatible with  all Agilent, Tektronix, and LeCroy TDR Systems, PicoSceond Pulse Lab TDR modules and as a Probe for injecting and measuring digital patterns for the SyntheSys Research BERTScope.



Two GigaProbes Interconnect Kits are Now Available!



GigaProbes® Now come in a one probe and two probe configuration. The DVT30-1MM has two 50/100 ohm probes to address the need for full PCB analysis where TDR/TDT measurements and insertion/return loss S-parameters are extracted to determine interconnect bandwidth performance. The NEW DVT30-1MM-1 contains one probe for 50 or 100 ohm impedance measurements or for PCB Failure Analysis testing. Each kit comes with cables and accessories for adjusting the probe pitch.
