The PicoSecond Pulse Lab 4022TDRT TDR modules extend the TDR pulse rise time for any of the TDR instrument from Tektronix, Agilent or Lecory. By attaching the output pulse of the TDR module to the input of the 4022TDRT you get better than a 17ps TDR pulse from the GigaProbes.
