Differential (100 Ohm) TDR Rise Time and Bandwidth Performace Testing

To measure the differential TDR performance, a Tektronix CSA8200 50 GHz TDR Sampling system was used to drive a Pico Second Pulse Lab 4022TDRT 9ps differential pulser which yielded a 17ps TDR system rise time when connected to the TDR Gigaprobes(tm).  The measured rise time on the output of the TDR Gigaprobes? was better than 30GHz.
