Flex Positioner DVT-FP100 Quick, Steady and Accurate Hands-Free Probing
Flex Positioner is an innovative probe positioner for quick and stable hands-free probing. Its unique combination of an articulated arm and an independent precision XYZ stage allow a user to quickly and accurately place the probe on the test pads. Using the articulated arm first and then controlling the fine adjustments with the XYZ stage, one can make repeatable probe measurements.
Vertical probing of hard-to-reach areas
Flex Positioner’s long, articulated arm and rugged structure make it perfect for vertical probing of boards and horizontal backplane in a chassis. The arm, comprising 4 links and 3 joints, can easily be locked down with a single thumbscrew.

The 2020HV Signal Integrity probe station (show above) from Probing Solutions can be configured to probe Vertical and Horizontal printed circuit boards. The Vertical Fixture allow for probing fount and back side of backplanes to include probing daughter boards, providing the capability to TDR the backplane via, connector and daughter board interconnect path.Active probes can be mounted on the PWAVE micropositioners to perform functional SI on complete systems.Horizontal fixturing is also available.
