Technical consulting and training performed is performed by Jim Mayrand, a signal integrity consultant, with extensive backplane and ASIC design experience and in-depth knowledge of both interconnect and IC device physics. Prior to retiring from Hewlett Packard as a hardware design engineer, he worked in the semiconductor product test and design engineer.  He was a Project Manager at Analog Devices for several years and receiving a Masters of Science Degree from University of New Hampshire in Electrical Engineering.
