Signal - Signal Pitch Calibration - Place the probe tips in the model 10 SMA calibration wrench to adjust S – S pitch to a fixed 0mm, 1mm. or 2mm spacing. Use the Desk-Top Macro-lenses Inspection Station to view probe tips and the precision Stainless Steel Tweezers for fine pitch adjustments.
The model 10 GigaProbes(tm) S-S calibration wrench is used to set the probes pitch and plainerize the two probes so they land on the surface at the same time. The end of the wrench is used to tighten the SMA Cable to the probe and to the TDR.
